Paths to €10k/month
Who it's for

Stop washing cars. Start running a business.

Detailing skill gets you compliments. Pricing, systems, and marketing get you paid. This book is about the second half.

01
Starting from zero
No clients, no equipment, no idea what to charge. Chapters 1–4 give you the shopping list, the legal setup, and the first service menu.
02
Detailing on the side, cash only
You already do good work in a driveway. This is how you register, price properly, and turn favours into a booked calendar.
03
Busy, but stuck under €5k
Full weeks, thin margins. Chapters 8, 11 and 12 fix the pricing, the upsells, and the first hire.
Two paths, one book

Mobile van or fixed bay — both are covered end to end

Mobile operation
Low overhead traded for travel time and weather.
· Van layout, water and power that actually works
· Route density: how to stop losing hours between jobs
· Rain-day policy and rescheduling scripts
· The realistic ceiling per detailer, per week
Fixed-location studio
Higher rent traded for capacity and bigger jobs.
· Bay count, lighting, and what rent you can carry
· Scheduling multi-day coating and correction work
· Walk-in traffic, waiting-area sales, and add-ons
· When moving from mobile to a bay is justified

Questions

Is this for mobile or fixed-location detailers?
Both. Chapters 1–8 apply either way; chapter 9 covers mobile operations and chapter 10 covers running a bay. Chapter 17 shows three routes to the same number.
I have zero clients. Is it too early?
No — that is the starting point the first four chapters assume. Equipment lists, legal and insurance setup, and your first service menu with prices.
Are the numbers realistic outside big cities?
The math is shown as volume × average ticket × service mix, so you can plug in your own market rates instead of trusting a headline number.
What do I get for €29.99?
The 47-page PDF, all four appendices, the Excel P&L and weekly numbers tracker, and every future update to the book.
Refunds?
14 days, no questions. If the pricing chapter alone does not pay for the book, ask for your money back.
